Arrival of players in HOTEL LE VERT GALANT from 2 pm to 5.45. Assignment of rooms and settling in.

At 6 pm Direction to playing place “Gymnase Infroit”; Inauguration Ceremony and Practice. From 6.45 pm to 7. 45 pm, the 1^st Technical Committee will be held.

Players who arrive after 5.45 pm should come directly   to “Gymnase Infroit”, and those who arrive after 7. 45 pm should come directly to Restaurant “Wok Palace” (8, Rue Jacques Balmat 93420 Villepinte).

At 20.00 - Dinner in WOK PALACE.
